"My direct contact with Client Service Manager has been nothing short of exceptional. He has been most approachable and helpful informing mum and I about available services best suited to her needs. All my enquiries were responded to on the day which demonstrates not only professionalism but dedication to care."

How do you rate the care workers?

"The care worker has been most attentive, kind and gentle moving at mum's pace. They also present their care in such as culturally responsive manner, being sensitive to mum's cultural background which she truly appreciates. They listen attentively as mum loves to talk about her Persian food when they take her to Persian minimarket to do her shopping."

How do you feel about the experience of working with Stone Community Care?

"Our son David spent 13 months in the RHH after a stroke and other medical issues. David needs a complicated care regime and we weren’t sure what our next step was.

We were pleased when some of our friends mentioned Stone Community Care as a NDIS provider. We contacted them and they came down to Hobart from Sydney to visit him in hospital. a couple of zoom meetings and we decided that they would be the perfect NDIS provider for David.

They organised a SDA house for a 3 month stay and eventually a house close to his friends and not far from us.
