Caring Comes First.
Every Person, Every Visit
Stone isn’t just a brand name; it’s our family name.
We use it because we want to be personally held to a higher standard, providing the kind of real human connection that we give to our own parents and loved ones.

Four Ways We Support
Independence and Wellbeing at Home
Aged Care Assistance To Stay At Home
The world of in-home aged care services often feels like trying to solve a puzzle with missing pieces. We’re here to help you maximise your Support at Home (SAH), making sure your funding actually improves your day-to-day life. We'll always be your biggest advocate, explaining the program in ways you'll understand. We don't just provide support; we push for the funding you deserve.
I Need NDIS Care
As an NDIS provider, we specialise in NDIS care that prioritises genuine one-on-one support. Because we understand that social connection is just as important as physical help, we match you with carers—never just workers—who truly understand you as a person. It takes meticulous screening to make sure every carer is just the right fit for you.
I Need to Maximise My NDIS Funding
If your NDIS plan feels like a sea of acronyms, our support coordination team is here to help. We handle the administrative heavy lifting, so you can focus on living your life rather than drowning in paperwork! Our coordinators act as your personal bridge to the best support, making sure your budget works hard to meet your particular needs. We always stand beside you to keep the journey running as smoothly as possible.
I Need A Home That Supports Me
We look at Supported Independent Living (SIL) as a way to give you more room to breathe, not less. Whether you’re staying in your current place or exploring one of our homes, the focus is entirely on your comfort and your rules. It’s about having a consistent support system in place. We aren't there to take over; we’re just there to make sure your home is a steady, comfortable place where your choices always come first.
Compassion
It’s the simple kindness that makes a tough morning a bit easier to handle. To us, it means you are truly seen and heard as a person, never just a task to be completed.
Integrity
We’ve traded industry jargon for simple honesty. As a care provider, we keep things transparent, so you and your family never have to guess about your support.
We believe care is a moral responsibility, not a transaction
Excellence
We don’t just tick boxes. We provide the kind of disability and aged care services we would want for our own parents. Nothing less than our absolute best.
Empathy
We start by listening. To provide real disability support services, we need to understand your story first, not just the numbers on your plan.
Caring With Purpose
Step 1.
Clarity
We look at what is actually happening in your home, not just what’s written on a government form. We help you identify the real pressures and the gaps that are making life difficult right now.
Step 2.
Direction
Together, we decide what needs to happen today and what can wait. It’s about creating a clear path forward that supports long-term care, ensuring your family feels steady and secure for the long haul.
Step 3.
Momentum
We decide what’s urgent and what isn’t. We take the pressure off your shoulders by creating a plan that lets your family breathe again, knowing the big things are finally under control.
Real Experiences, Real Results
"Our mother was understandably anxious about the aged care process but Dom took the time to sit with her, explain everything clearly, and answer her questions with patience and warmth.
What stood out most was that Dom came to visit before her aged care approval had even come through. He didn't wait for the paperwork to be in order. He made sure she understood what was ahead of her and felt supported from the start. That meant a great deal to us.
He was able to walk our mother through the assessment process in a way that was easy to understand, without being condescending or rushed. She left the conversation feeling informed and, importantly, reassured.
Knowing that Dom is looking out for our mother gives us real peace of mind. We wholeheartedly recommend Dom and Stone Community Care to any family trying to make sense of the aged care system."

They organised a SDA house for a 3 month stay and eventually a house close to his friends and not far from us.

“As an NDIS participant, I have been a client of Stone Community since December 2024. I have been very impressed with the level of care and personal attention provided, particularly by the South Australian management and support team.
They have been very helpful and supportive in addressing any concerns regarding NDIS support issues and have provided a professional and quality level of support staff to meet my needs.
I have since recommended Stone Community to other family and community members, who have also benefited from the quality care and support provided by this wonderful team.”
"I am pleased to provide a recommendation for Stone Community Care.
Mum has been receiving My Aged Care support services from Stone for almost a year now. We have found the support workers to be hard working, honest and very caring. It is clear that they are well trained for their role and Mum feels very comfortable having them in her home.
Navigating the My Aged Care system is complicated, so we were grateful that Stone was able to provide us with advice and assistance to successfully apply for a higher package level for Mum. This will be a great help in keeping her in her own home for longer.
We would highly recommend Stone Community Care as a My Aged Care provider."

The revolving door of staff is the most common frustration we hear from families. You shouldn’t have to introduce yourself to a new stranger every week, which is why we prioritise consistent carer rosters.
We want the person walking through your door to be a familiar face who knows exactly how you like things done.
While we have the reach of a nationwide care provider, we maintain the heart of a local team. You’ll have the direct number of your local Stone manager, so you can talk to a real person about aged care services when it matters most.
